Experience

Bill Caye served as Deputy Attorney General in the Criminal Prosecutions Section Western Region and clerked for the Hon. Donald E. Ziegler, Chief USDC, WDPA and the Hon. Cynthia A. Baldwin, ACCCP, Civil Division. Bill has extensive experience in private practice and is a graduate of Duquesne University and Duquesne University Law School.
